Egerton Music Festival

Making world class music accessible for everyone

A much-loved celebration in the heart of the Kent Weald — classical recitals, choral evenings, jazz, folk and popular music, a lively fringe and an exhibition of local art.

While our main multi-day festival takes place every three years — with the next big celebration coming in Summer 2028 — we keep the music alive in the intervening years with exclusive autumn and summer concerts and events.

This autumn, we are delighted to present a not-to-be-missed recital featuring the internationally renowned Braimah Kanneh-Mason and Jâms Coleman.

About the festival

Music in the heart of the Kent Weald

Every three years the village of Egerton fills with music. For ten glorious days, the parish church, the Millennium Hall, village halls and gardens host performances of every kind — from world-class classical recitals to choral evenings, foot-tapping jazz, folk and popular concerts, family events and a buzzing fringe.

Run with love by the community, the festival pairs ambitious programming with the warmth of a Kentish village — and an exhibition of work by local artists runs alongside it all. Wonderful music, beautiful surroundings, and a very warm welcome.
